The world of Balsamic vinegar in “Library of Casa Valeri”

Acetaia Valeri has a good archive of books dealing with Balsamic vinegar, a collection of new and old lyrics, author or promotional, notebooks and family notes, that tell “The world Modenese Balsamic” made of recipes and traditions that “only the passion of a life handed us”.

Our library opens with two “exercise-books” dated 1930, the school of Agriculture of Bondi attended his uncle Egidio, but our collection starts from the far 1867 and …, today, search for important documents that cannot be lost but preserved.
